2025 started of with a bang, a water leak in the bathroom. After the initial clean-up efforts, I was in need of an expert. The goal was to not only restore as the bathroom was a bit outdated, but to remodel. Water Fighters Restoration listed to my remodeling wants/ideas, came up with multiple design options, and allowed me to pick and choose for the final design. The expert advise during the initial design phase and prior to any commitment on my part, closed the deal. The crew is so meticulous. During the renovation phase, they would verify before installing, i.e. the height of the shower or the bench and other just little things. It was refreshing as a customer and felt like a partnership. Since the Bathroom remodel, I have used the company for other remodeling activities and have not been disappointed. WaterFighters did an excellent job repairing a large closet area after a water pipe leaked behind the wall. The scope included cleanup, mold remediation, re-drywalling, new carpet, and painting. The team was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with throughout the process, which made a stressful situation much smoother. While the overall cost was on the higher end, the quality of the work and the care they took with the job were solid. I’m happy with the end result and appreciate their professionalism.
