We had an array of damage caused by lightning. We were in shock and overwhelmed. We called several companies, but luckily, NCRI was able to come to our rescue. They immediately boarded our broken window, assesed all the damage, took pictures and provided detailed documentation for us to send to the insurance. Nick Franklin, and Jose Flores handled our case with incredible patience. They answered every question and concerns we presented. They work with several companies and each one of them was very diligent and knowledgeable. Good communication is very important for us, and they did and amazing job either answering our calls, texts, or calling us back if they weren't available. We appreciate their time and job. We will call them back if we need to repair, or decide to remodel our home.

NCRI should be on every one’s list for catastrophic emergency and restoration services. Our fully furnished basement was flooded on June 3, 2025. As the water streamed in, we called NCRI and their “Swat Team” came to the rescue within the hour. Gloria and Pete took charge in mitigation— pumping out water and saving what they could. The crew worked hard for hours until all water was pumped out. They were back early the next day to clear out the structural damages and set up multiple equipments for drying out the entire basement. The restoration took a few months due to our travel plans and construction materials. After the basement was finished, Rebecca led the floor cleaning crew and moving back furniture from storage, with Robert’s indispensable help repairing big and small belongings. Ryan headed another crew to clean construction dust and particles in the HVAC and ducts from morning till late in the evening with no break. Coleton was our restoration coordinator who always answered the calls. All in all, we truly appreciate Team NCRI who worked tirelessly to mitigate and restore our house to Its original structure.

Had them come out to look at my home after a huge flood in el dorado, ks. Do not even call you I had a terrible experience with them. They lied to me about multiple things. They don’t work for you they work with insurance and try to get the cheapest estimate so the insurance can approve it. My insurance went with there estimate out of the other 2 because they gave them a stupid cheap estimates and it wasn’t even going to fix most of the problems of my home. Because of that I had to demolish the home.
