Five stars isn't enough for the service we received from Zach B. at 911 Restoration. After being stood up twice by another company, Zach truly came to the rescue and exceeded our (very high) expectations. I called this morning regarding water damage and potential mold concerns in our basement. Not only was Zach ready to come out immediately, but he graciously adjusted his schedule to meet us later in the day once we were off work. His professionalism, deep industry knowledge, and "customer-first" attitude were evident from the moment he arrived. He was incredibly thorough, provided expert recommendations, and spoke with genuine pride about his company's work. It is rare to find this level of expertise combined with such great personality. I could not be more appreciative of Zach and his team. When my house flooded I was terrified and freaking oh and despite having little to no communication with my insurance company and being on edge through this whole ordeal, Zach has been communicative, reassuring, and I wholeheartedly trust him with my house. Truly the best person to call.
I worked with 911 Restoration and while I will say they were very responsive and quick to show up, the pricing was extremely high — especially when you are paying out of pocket rather than going through insurance. The cost ended up being far more than I expected for the work done. Because of the steep pricing and overall value, I would not recommend working with them unless you have full insurance coverage. Not a good option if you’re trying to manage expenses yourself.
