Response was a great company to work with for our flooded basement. We had first called another company to start the cleanup and quickly realized we weren’t satisfied, so Response picked up where they left off and were always professional, great communicators and did very nice work in renovating our entire basement. Michelle, our project manager, was so easy to work with and ensured everything was completed to our 100% satisfaction. Chris and Josh did the bulk of the work and they were both so nice it was like they became family in the weeks they were here working! We would definitely recommend this company to any in need of mitigation and restoration after a flood.
Michelle handled everything I asked The tile installation was very well done Leo did an amazing job. Very pleased!!! Chris and Josh the same.Austin was excellent as well getting things done in a timely manner. Jimmy the project manager was very helpful in dealing with a problem that I had. All and all. The job was well done !
I would absolutely recommend Response Flood & Fire to anyone! We had a leak in our 2nd floor master bathroom that flooded the garage ceiling below and ruined the cabinets and flooring in the bathroom. We called Response and they made it out to our house within hours.They immediately got to work to mitigate the problem. Then they worked with our home owner’s insurance to get the best payment possible. Michelle the project manager was amazing and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She was always super responsive and answered any questions we had. Chris and Josh who did a lot of the work were amazing as well. They were very kind and helped us stay up to date with the plan along the way. Very satisfied customer here!
