We want to thank Shauna Slobodnik, the project manager for help with our water damage.....she assessed the damage ...got everything moving forward from clean up to repairs and restoring our basement bathroom and walls....we had a broken water pipe that went through the walls and into our basement..it was a mess! Hopefully we won't have something like this again! But, if we do, we will call United Water Restoration Group and ask for Shauna!! Thanks again!! Looks great!!
I knew nothing about sewage backup one morning up when it happened to me. Luckily I called United Water Restoration Group of Omaha. They came quickly, and everyone worked so hard to get it all cleaned up. Then they re moved all of the contaminated materials. After that the reconstruction began. The project manager Shauna was wonderful to work with. Everyone she sent to my house did a great job. I can’t even imagine how stressful it would have been without her. My house looks so nice now!
Arrived very quickly. Had a large number of service members on the scene assessing the damages and immediately started the process of mitigating the situation. Great crew. Explained the processes as they came up. Had the necessary equipment to get the job done. I would highly recommend them. The house is no longer a disaster area and is livable once again. Thank you!!! Shauna Slobodnik was my Reconstruction Project Manager and she did an excellent job. She handled everything including insurance, contractors, and made sure everything was done properly. Shauna made numerous visits to check on progress and was very communicative. I appreciate her hard work! Thank you Shauna and everyone involved with the project.
