My insurance company chose this business. First of all, they refuse to communicate in English. Their scheduling is terrible. Took over a month for them to get started on the job. The guys they sent out were rude and disrespectful. I overheard one of them on the phone giving out my address, saying disrespectful things about my house, and saying what I had in the house, tvs, computer. They stole tools and other things from my garage. They never completed the job and I couldn't get a hold of anyone to come finish it. In total, it was almost 3 months dealing with them and they didn't even finish, and took the insurance check.
Althouse Restore to the rescue! They answered my plea within a few hours of learning that a freaky accident caused a water leakage that filled 3/4 of my home. They were there instantly to remove water, use their heater/dryers and save so much of my home and the furniture and fixtures. Yes, we have a ton of baseboards and some flooring to replace, but I am confident it would have been worse because they took good care; working through the middle of the night and with their process over several days we have avoided issues of mold and mildew. Thank you to the entire team! Humbled and grateful for your talents.
