ServiceMaster failed to properly address water damage in my home. Moisture readings showed severe saturation, clearly indicating that materials had been exposed for too long to be salvaged—but they still refused to complete flood cuts or remove water-damaged tile and subflooring. Two independent mitigation professionals confirmed their work was incomplete and not up to industry standards. It was clear they were more focused on saving money for the insurance company than doing what was right for the homeowner. I do not recommend their services.
I had Sam and Alex service my home after a water heater incident that happened on Friday, February 23rd about 7:00am. Their professional is exceptional and they informed of what they were going to do before they started. I am very, very happy with their work and definitely would recommend them.
Albert came out and started assessing what needed to be done.I had water damage as he was working he explained all that he was going to be doing which really put my mind at ease. Awesome customer service, and would definitely recommend this company. They worked with my home insurance company at it was an amazing duo
