I had an outstanding experience with ServPro here in El Paso, and I want to specifically recognize Joshua for the level of service he provided over the last few days. We had a hot water heater burst late Sunday night, which caused a significant amount of water damage in our home. From the moment ServPro responded, Joshua took control of the situation with professionalism and urgency. He arrived ready to assess everything, clearly explained the extent of the damage, and walked me through exactly what needed to be done to properly dry out and protect the affected areas. Over the course of the last three days, Joshua has been consistent, punctual, and extremely thorough. He set up all necessary drying equipment, monitored moisture levels daily, and made adjustments as needed to ensure the job was being done correctly. What stood out the most was his communication—he made sure I understood every step of the process, what to expect next, and why each part of the work mattered. There was never a moment where I felt unsure or out of the loop. Beyond the technical work, Joshua carried himself with a high level of professionalism and respect for my home. He kept the work areas clean, was mindful of our space, and maintained a positive, reassuring attitude during what could have easily been a stressful situation. I’ve already spoken with his GM to make sure his work was recognized, but I also wanted to leave this review so others know what kind of service they can expect. If you’re dealing with water damage or any restoration needs, I highly recommend ServPro—and if you can request Joshua, do it. He truly sets the standard for what great service should look like.

Had a roof leak develop while I was out of town... NOT quite the welcome home I was expecting. But ServePro literally made it "like it never happened!" Joshua and the team cleaned the space of insulation and drywall and cleaned/ cleared the ceiling and wall area to make sure it was dry, mold free, moisture low and ready to be filled, covered and drywalled. Top notch crew!
