First time they came out we had a great experience! Carpet looked fresh and super clean and I remember telling my wife that we for sure would use them again. Second time was just okay. They did the job, but accidentally missed a room. They had to come out to do it again. When I called to book, I may have misheard it, but I thought it was going to total to $116. When I called to pay, it came out to about $50 more than I thought was originally quoted… either I misheard the quote or maybe because a truck had to be called out a second time to correct the mistake of missing a room? Not sure. Carpets were okay the second time. Some of the stains on our carpet were still pretty visible. All in all, 50/50 if we would go with them again.
Blane and Lubbock streamers did a phenomenal job cleaning our air ducts! We are waking up without stuffy noses or sore throats. Our air feels fresher and cleaner. Didn’t take long at all. Highly recommend Lubbock Steamers!
Lubbock Steamer always does a great job on our carpets and our area rug! They are friendly, always on time (or early!) and fast!
