We had some water remediation work done by Serv-pro. Once the job was completed, the office called to run a card, but it was not from the office number they had online. My bank had asked me to always ask for an emailed invoice because we have had scammers spoof caller ID’s and trick people into giving card info with an unverified phone number. So I asked Serv-pro to email me an invoice and I would pay right away. They said no problem. The next day, I get a text from their office saying “if you don’t pay your invoice immediately we will put a lien on your house.” I thought, what the heck is this? I had been waiting for the invoice they agreed to send me! I double checked every single folder including junk in my email. They never sent me the original invoice they had said they would. The level of unprofessionalism and bullying tactics after just 24 hours of no payment and zero invoices later was astounding. I can’t imagine how they treat other customers if they thought that was okay to say, when it was their own fault for not invoicing me. Unbelievable. We weee going to go through whoever they recommended for the rebuild process, but not anymore. They never apologized either, and apparently had no problem being aggressive and disrespectful because all they care about is the money.

I had a terrible experience with Servpro. It was just awful. They started out real nice and polite. Then I noticed that they used cheaper material, like the tile - not the one I had picked. Didn’t notice til it was already installed. I could not check every day so they got away with that. Tub was not placed where it was before 3-4 inches off- not centered. Shower door was off also:( Some doors don’t close right, left dirty walls … I could go on and on. They took advantage bc I was not feeling well most days. Never again. 😞 I’d like to give them a zero but one star is lowest.

Had flooding, responded within 30 minutes. Cleaned up flooded area, removed damaged floor, Sheetrock, remodeled 2/3 of house, worked with me on every step of the renovations. Kept me informed about any problems of subcontractors scheduling. I would and have recommended them to others I know.
