Our team who came in to do our mitigation was amazing to work with and they got things done super quick and we’re at our house the day of our issue for our flooded basement. Couldn’t have asked for better service from Veronica, Ana, Ivania, Miguel, Ariel, and Cyrus. 10 out of 10
This company was the worst possible choice for mitigation. They will stretch this process out for weeks and charge you an arm and a leg for it. Servpro wasted our time showing up to the wrong address twice. They charged us for hours of labor while we were home and they were there adjusting fans for 20minutes & then they said they were there “for 1.5 hours monitoring and adjusting equipment & inspecting.” They charged us over $300 saying they moved our furniture out of the basement when we did that all ourselves. They charged us $100 saying they removed and reset our washer and dryer when they did not do that either. They demoed our basement bathroom and then halted ripping up the basement floor where we had water because of asbestos tile under our floor, but charged us $7,000 like they did all this work. I will never use this company ever again. What a waste of time and money.
