Matt and his team helped us dry out the floors and walls after a burst water pipe, and then did the pack out and pack in while the restoration was being handled. They were great about communication and took very good care of our belongings. We would not hesitate to use their services again.
My experience with Matt and his crew was totally disappointing. They were expected to clean after a kitchen fire but the results were terrible. Matt said that the job would take about 12 hours to complete over two days. They showed up at 10 that morning and were done by 4 that afternoon. During this time they took a 90 minute lunch break. They left dirty towels and footprints throughout the house. The walls were still black and streaky. They didn't clean vents nor did they enter several rooms. They seemed to not want to be there. They were very unprofessional and aloof. We will have to go through the cleaning process with another company provided by the insurance company. Our adjustor said that it was the most incompetent job he had seen in over 41 years. Use this company at your own peril. My wish is that they will own up to the poor service that they provided to us.
