Came home to our dishwasher flooding our kitchen. We called Rainbow Restoration and Cheri and Brandon were able to squeeze us in the same day which really eased our concerns regarding water damage. They did an inspection and told us exactly how far the water spread and put a plan in place to mitigate further damage and dry up the water. They were SO helpful from The start, very communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly. They saved our kitchen!

This is precisely the type of contractor you want to work with. Someone that will walk you through the process, help you understand what IS and (more importantly) is NOT needed to get the job done. A contractor that outlines what best practices are but also not using fear or urgency to push their objectives. This is the type of contractor that gives you peace of mind knowing you do not need to second guess your decisions because they provided you all the information needed to do what was best for YOUR project.
