I recently had my carpet cleaned by Stanley Steemer and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Ashton and Brenan were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient from the moment they arrived. They clearly take pride in the work they do and it really showed throughout the entire process. To be completely honest, I didn’t think the carpet they were working on was even salvageable. It had seen better days and I wasn’t expecting miracles, but Ashton and Brenan absolutely delivered. They worked quickly while still paying attention to the details, and by the time they were finished the carpet looked significantly better than I ever thought possible. What really stood out to me was Ashton’s customer service. As he was cleaning, he made sure to have me check the progress and his process along the way to ensure I was satisfied with the results. That level of care and communication goes a long way and shows they truly want their customers to be happy with the service. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and well worth it. If you’re considering getting your carpets cleaned, I highly recommend Stanley Steamer especially Ashton and Brenan. They did an excellent job and completely exceeded my expectations.
