Fast Mold Testing was incredibly helpful! Michael came out super fast to accommodate our need for quick testing! He was incredibly helpful, nice, and informative! The test results came back quick and were very detailed. The landlord had a different company come out, one that is very popular but I won’t mention the name. The experience for us, as the ones living in the home, was far better with Fast Mold Testing. I would highly recommend choosing them to help with your testing needs!

Everyone was so informative and helpful! During my initial phone call, I spoke to Josh. He provided so much information and insight and gave us time to make our decision. I didn't feel pressured and when I called back a second time for additional information Josh had such a great attitude and continued patiently assist us and provide us with as much information as we asked for. The tech they sent out spent time explaining things to me, walking me around the house and educating me. I would for sure use this company's services again!

Customer service superb and extremely prompt inspection scheduled and results emailed the next day. I'm very satisfied with this business and the services provided to me & my newborn baby. I discovered mold in an apartment I had been living in for two months. I reached out to this business and they scheduled an inspection that same evening for me and came out the next day by 8 AM sharp. The inspection was completed very thoroughly. You can tell Michael Nguyen the inspector was not rushing and took his time. He actually went outside and inspected the windows and the way they were installed and WHY the mold was there and what was causing it . The report was sent to me via email by the next day by 8 PM. It was extremely detailed and he actually took the time in about a 20 minute phone call to explain what it meant, and what I should do going forward whether it's moving out or cleaning the furniture. He was extremely professional, but also very personable and answered every single one of my questions. I would very much recommend this to anybody worried about mold in their house or apartment. If there were anything more than five stars, I would give it. I did not get compensated for this review. just wanted to share how amazing they were. keep up the great work. worth every penny.
