Had a bathroom mishap with family visiting. Flooded bathroom, laundry room, and into basement. Called Paul Davis. Stony (Project Manager) showed up stat and his attention to detail and delicately walking me through the entire process was exactly what was needed. When you already have a crisis and are vulnerable; empathy, integrity, and someone who isn’t going to take advantage of the situation is a welcome change from the competitor. He educated me on the pros and cons of submitting an insurance claim and educated me through every step explaining how the remediation would work. I don’t usually give reviews unless service really warrants it. One of the best experiences ever with a contractor. Flexible, reliable, and trustworthy are just a few words to describe Stony and the team at Paul Davis. My estimator - Tyree - did a great job getting over to my house promptly for an assessment of the work to be done and to create an estimate. He was flexible on timing and very accommodating to my needs. The crew was also flexible to my schedule and came when I could be at my house for them to complete the work. Jorge and Julian did a great job making me feel comfortable leaving them alone in my home to complete work for extended periods of time during the day. They were clean and tidy and completed all the work in a single day, faster than I expected. They were thorough and explained the entire process as the work was completed.
