I called restoration 1 in a pinch for basic info on asbestos. Brittany answered the phone and was so helpful. She sent me questions to a manager and even coordinator a photo getting to the manager with ease. I received answers via text and a phone call within 2 hours. Great customer service and delightful attitude! Highly recommend!

One of the furnaces at our office building leaked and apparently standing water had been in that little closet for some time. As we began removing things we found mold and water damage and are thankful to know Scott and his team. We received three quotes and they had the most reasonable one. They also didn't only look just where we pointed them, but looked around to make sure the water didn't go the other direction (it had, but only a little), and that it wouldn't happen again. They explained everything, were timely in the quote and had great communication from when they'd arrive to when they'd be back and what to expect. I was very pleased with their service and the outcome. It's always a bummer to have to call someone out for stuff like this, but it's nice to know someone ethical and caring and professional in the industry. Thank you!
