We scheduled Fausto and his team to come out for a week to fix the foundation damage. Fausto and the whole team were so professional and extremely hardworking. They even completed the work ahead of schedule. Vinnie helped oversee the work and helped answer any questions that came up during the project. We could not have fixed this issue without Redefined Restoration.

Jake and Damien came out to address a water leak in our bathroom ceiling, the morning after I first called to get a diagnosis. They showed up exactly on time and quickly identified the issue, while taking care not to damage anything adjacent to the problem area. Rather than just charging me to fully repair the leak themselves, they recommended reaching out to our builder first to see if it’s covered by our roofing warranty in order to save some money. They cleaned up everything, leaving only what was necessary to remediate. Would definitely reach out to them again if a future issues arises (but crossing my fingers I won’t have to).
