I really appreciated Ben's genuineness, his thoroughness in explaining what he's looking for in addressing mold issues, and that he didn't push to sell us something that we didn't need. We were left with peace of mind that our particular mold issues were easily manageable, and that we didn't need to go tearing up the house hunting for hidden mold.

We just bought our first home and found out we had a mold issue in the attic, we had called someone else out to give us an estimate but didn’t love the price. Mr Mold was our second call and by just doing the inspection with David we knew we were going to go with them! They found a huge spot in our basement we didn’t even know was there, and fixed the attic for the same price as we were quoted for the other company for ONLY the attic. Robert and Damon were my technicians and they were very knowledgeable and communicative along the whole way, updating me throughout the day. Cassandra and the rest of the administrative team were so helpful and made scheduling so easy and answered any questions I had. Mr Mold will be the first people I call when I need them next time!
