Dr. Mold did an amazing job from start to finish!! The installers arrived on time, and were courteous, considerate, friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained what they were doing. They thoroughly prepared the area to best protect our belongings and covered the floors from the exterior door and the attic access. They were very thorough in cleaning up after they finished. They showed me pictures of the finished mold removal (and sent me the pictures). The boards went from blackened to boards that looked like they were new wood right from the lumber yard. I highly recommend this company for any mold removal needs!!
I highly recommend Dr. Mold! Jared came out to do some mold testing and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me navigate our situation and spent a lot of time talking through options and answering all my questions. He really knows his stuff and is extremely passionate about helping his customers. His primary focus was making sure our mold situation was properly resolved. Everyone I interacted with at Dr. Mold is honest, knowledgeable and responsive. If you have mold issues, this team will take care of you.
Lead technician Craig and the team at Dr. Mold did a great job with the mold in our attic. Came out for a quote on Tuesday and had the job completed Friday. They even matched a quote from a competitor. Very transparent through the whole process and updated us with pictures at the end.
