Today, Feb 7, 2026, we received excellent service from 3 gentlemen: Enzo Mortillaro, Leander Borja, and Luis Abreu. They were respectful, courteous and highly efficient. They arrived early and finished around 1:50pm. The Project Manager, Mr Enzo Mortillaro, provided an overall explanation outlining the entire project before departing to another work site. Mr Borja and Mr Abreu provided further details and distinctly and clearly answered my questions. Prior to their departure, they informed me that the dehumidifying machines would be running until Monday. At that time, someone would return. It was a pleasant experience having this work done in our home. Respectfully, Caldwells
Leandro and Luis were very helpful and quick to get the mitigation set up. This our second time using Flood medics and there was a reason why we called them again. Hate that we needed their services but if it comes to water mit they are the first on my list.
The team of Flood Medics is awesome. Everyone is so professional and thoroughly with everything. They made sure to prep carefully before removing floor, cutting the ceilings and left no mess after they’d been done with the job. Dealing with water damage is already hard but knowing that my house is in good hands really soothes me. I can’t really recommend anyone one else but them for fixing water damages.
