Water Damage Pros quickly responded to my call after our laundry flooded. Within an hour, they had installed floor dryers, high powered fans, and humidifiers to dry out any remaining water. Fortunately our hardwood floors were saved. Water Damage pros removed the tile from our laundry room. Technicians were fast and efficient. Steve did a great job of checking in each day and walking me through the process. We’ll be using there services for the restoration process as well.

Edit: We had multiple back and forth emails for weeks- trying to get those lines removed, as we kept telling yall that we had documentation (pics) of those inaccuracies. (One example would be the extra dehumidifierS and air moverS in a room that was barely affected and charged 5 days??) No need to save face cause a real review was posted. We paid not because we agreed with the invoice but just to close the whole thing and not interact with your company anymore. Our experience with Water Damage Pros lacked transparency from the start. Felt like we need to review this company since we fell into the trap of it having 5 reviews on google…. Anyways, we were rushed into signing a contract without being clearly shown or given time to review the full terms, which later appeared to be a blanket agreement protecting the company. After equipment was installed, the estimate increased (2x the original estimate), made me resign the form after they installed the equipment- which gave us no choice to continue with them. Then, their final invoice ended up being more than double the original estimate. The final bill also included charges for work that was not actually performed and pricing that third-party adjusters identified as inaccurate and “altered pricing”. We were instructed to allow work that was “reasonable and necessary” for mitigation, which we relied on in good faith for Water Damaged Pros to do. However, several services were later deemed not covered by insurance, including asbestos testing on a home built in 2003, which we were required to pay out of pocket. This could have been avoided with clearer disclosure upfront. Our advice: confirm every service in writing, probably read their contact since they have shady t&c. Don't sign any estimate that will hold you with the remaining cost and have more input with the t&c- don’t rely to their “don't worry you’re just going to pay your deductible” - cause you will not…
