I can’t speak highly enough of Absolute Flood Response (AFR) and the incredible team that helped me through one of the most stressful experiences of my life. From the moment Juan (PM), Joshua, and the crew arrived at my home at 3:00 AM, they were quick to respond—shutting off the blaring fire alarms and immediately assessing the extensive water damage. My entire home had flooded from the second floor, with water pouring out of every light fixture and ceiling opening. Despite the chaos, the AFR team worked tirelessly to move all my furniture and belongings out with minimal damage. They packed and transported everything into storage Pods efficiently and with great care. When it came time to move into my new home, they handled the delivery and unpacking seamlessly. Joshua stayed in constant communication with me, keeping me informed on pod deliveries and progress. He was professional, reliable, and genuinely friendly. Karen, the mediator, was also instrumental in keeping both me and my landlord up to date throughout the entire project. Her coordination ensured the process moved smoothly and that everyone involved stayed informed. I truly hope no one has to experience waking up to a flooded home—but if you ever do, I sincerely hope Absolute Flood Response is the team that shows up. They were a lifesaver.
We recently used AFR for installing our art work and wood treatments at our office and they were outstanding. Both Jacob and Caleb were professional and the work they did was absolutely perfect!
