When pricing was brought up, I found David's offer to be totally reasonable and fair, with room for negotiation. After we spoke on the phone, David gathered his crew quickly and they came over to my location as soon as they could. David and his crew were really friendly when they arrived, and they took care of my issue relatively quickly. I was back in town working on renovating my grandparents home and the smell of mold was apparent before I walked through the front door.
