I cannot say enough great things about this company! Truong is absolutely amazing! Truong came to my house immediately after the incident occurred and had his team out right behind him! His team (Andrew and Karrmyne) were very respectful, clean, and fast, but detail oriented. This is the team you want when something like this occurs! I rarely write reviews, but I truly felt compelled to write this one. I found this company online after discovering water damage in my home, and given my past experiences with contractors, I was honestly nervous about who I was trusting , but from the very beginning they completely exceeded my expectations. Mr. was my point of contact and he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, he quickly identified the issue, explained the mitigation process clearly, gave me a very reasonable price, and got me scheduled without delay. The crew that performed the work, Juan de la Cruz and Andrew Sanchez, were outstanding, professional, respectful, and extremely detail oriented, they took the time to listen to every question and concern I had and were genuinely committed to making sure everything was done perfectly. They demolished and cleaned the affected area, set up the equipment methodically, and even returned to adjust things and kept the machines in place as long as needed to ensure everything was completely dry, even when the job took longer than originally planned, and at no point did they ask for any additional money beyond the original quote. When the inspector got involved, they immediately coordinated with him and followed every recommendation without hesitation, no pushback and no shortcuts, just a clear commitment to doing the job the right way. I am extremely grateful for how thorough, responsive, and professional this entire team was and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone dealing with water damage with my eyes closed .
ADU came out, explained the process and what needed to be done, gave me an estimate and started and completed the work the next day. All the employees were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, cleaned up and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend and use them again
