I had a really great experience with Damion at Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Brookfield-Waukesha. He came out to help with pet urine odor in my basement carpet and after the first treatment the smell was better but not completely gone. What really stood out to me was that he and his boss were not satisfied with the result either and offered to come back a second time at no charge to make it right. After the second treatment the odor is completely gone and the carpet smells fresh again. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to stand behind their work. I would definitely recommend Damion and his team to anyone dealing with tough pet odors or carpet issues.
Tari and her team did an outstanding job cleaning our area rug, fabric chair, and carpet in a few rooms and also our stairs! My wife said the area rug hasn't looked this good in 10 years! The carpet looks refreshed and they did a professional job! I was notified by text about a half hour before the crew arrived letting me know that they were on their way - which was a very nice touch. Thank you so much!
