Exercise caution when dealing with salesmen who may engage in deceptive practices. The salesman in question assured me that they would not perform any work on my property. They claimed that I was not required to pay anything and that if I decided to file an insurance claim, the insurance company would cover the cost of Servpro after a period of five or six months. However, we subsequently received debt collectors demanding payment of $4,500.

He was very empathetic and understanding of my situation which really helped not only to ease the situation, but also just felt good to have a real person there to fix my problem.
