Chris and his team — Leo, Luis, and Courtney — were exceptional from start to finish. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and handled the situation with professionalism and genuine care. What stood out most to me was how human they were throughout the process. In a stressful situation like this, I never once felt like anyone was trying to take advantage of the situation. Instead, they truly felt like they were on my side. My biggest goal was saving my floors, and they treated that goal like it was their own. Even our insurer, USAA, mentioned that SERVPRO is one of the best in the business, and after working with this team I can absolutely see why. If you need water damage restoration or water mitigation in the Portland or Vancouver area, I highly recommend Chris and his team.
