Our house was recently flooded by a problem with our water heater. Our insurance sent out ServPro Team Shaw of Plano to help mitigate the major damages caused by the flooding. You can only imagine how stressful it was dealing with this right before Christmas. However, we could not have had a better team come out to help us with the mitigation process. Dave with ServPro was very professional and helpful throughout the process. He was very responsive and answered all the questions that we had. He ensured that we were taken care of during this unfortunate event and stressful time.
