The supply line to a toilet broke and flooded the back of the house. The Serve Pro team went into action. Moved the furniture. Removed the carpet and started drying things out. Domingo and Aundre were wonderful. They helped me get through a difficult time. They were very knowledgeable and considerate. I also have to mention that the pack out team was wonderful. The ladies took great care with our belongings and were kind and thoughtful. Savannah, Valerie, Alyssa, Destyne, Mary and Rosa were all wonderful. All of these team members helped me and my wife in a very difficult time. I truly appreciate all of their help and caring given the circumstances. They all want to help and make things as good as things can be. I would like to add that working with Tony and his contractors was very good and convenient. The project moved along pretty quickly. It was made easy because Tony had a relationship.with my insurance adjuster. Tony coordinated all of the work. His contractor Dale had good subs who did quality work and were on time. This made things a lot easier for me since I had mefical issues going on during this. Everything went smooth and most Everything was seamless which really helped me out. I would highly recommend ServPro of North Fort Worth.
Everyone we’ve been in contact with here has been so helpful! We were given honest advice and guidance for our situation. Definitely helped us through a very stressful time and got the work done quickly! Rodney and Adrien did our HVAC and duct cleaning and they were so kind. Even went above and beyond by helping me load up my car as I was leaving the house. Highly recommend this group of good, honest people!
David and Arien were great. On time, polite and professional. They did a great job moving our furniture and carpet and setting up drying fans,etc. They explained all the tasks. Thanks for job well done.
