Eco is hands down one of my favorite vendors in the property management industry. When we experienced a 1:00 a.m. emergency that resulted in flooding across 15 units, Rene quickly mobilized his team and had them on-site within an hour with all the necessary equipment. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail were exceptional. The follow-up inspections were thorough and reassuring, helping residents feel at ease during a very stressful situation. Communication was consistent throughout the entire process, and the detailed reports provided were invaluable for both our records and insurance documentation. I highly recommend Eco and Rene’s team for their reliability, expertise, and outstanding customer service.
Do not recommend working with this company. Our plumbing company agreed to pay for the flood damage they caused including the remediation by Eco Water via phone, email, and was noted in the Eco Water agreement. But when the plumbers decided to have the payment route through their insurance (which did take longer than necessary), Eco Water threatened to place a lien on our home multiple times instead of going after the plumbing company. After multiple certified letters, emails, phone calls and hours of my time, we had to pay out of pocket to avoid the lien for work our plumbers agreed to pay. Awful customer service and support, especially when our home was already damaged by plumbers we were looking to get reimbursed from. All they cared about is that they got paid regardless of who it was supposed to come from. Thanks for nothing.
I spoke to Rene and Eco Water Restoration at 10:00pm like 4 days ago, about water damage in my bathroom. Becasue of the black coloring, I suspected the damage to be mold. It felt like it was an emergency call because they came to my place the next morning early and ready to test. Sure enough it was mold! In what seemed like a few hours they were able to dry the area, completely remove the mold and leave the finish looking brand new. I highly recommend Eco Water Restoration. They were super professional, friendly quick and affordable which is a difficult combination to find in a mold remediation company in Miami. Thank you guys!
