UPDATED - 12/6/25: 4th time using USA Restoration! All the guys at this company are heroes and changing lives for the better, truly. For years I didn't know who to call and was constantly upset and frustrated. Sadly, my dad's house got to be so bad, a typical cleaning company didn't want it and he wouldn't let me hire anyone anyway. I had to take matters into my own hands and instead of asking, told my dad I booked a company. Little by little, Steve and his team brought my dad's house back to a clean and livable condition. This last job, was my dad's bedroom, where he basically lives. Fifteen yrs of heavy smoking. Amazing what the crew did. The walls look 3 shades lighter and the room smells fantastic! They have all the equipment, chemicals/cleaning supplies to do any job. We definitely could not have done what Kyle, Ricky and Steve did in 3 hours or get the same great results. The best part, now that the room is finally deep cleaned, my dad wants to "hopefully" quit smoking and hire a painter! I am so thrilled. Having my dad motivated to do anything is priceless! All this just from getting his room professionally cleaned! Can't thank you guys enough. He was so kind and compassionate over my stressful situation. I was very fortunate and RELIEVED he was able to come clean up an emergency within hours. I gasped when I walked in, the mess was already gone and I called him an Angel. The hardwood floors never looked so good!! I was in shock what he had done so quickly. My other two situations were scheduled big cleaning jobs in my dad's basement. Just, WOW!! Steve and his Team take care of things most of us can't handle. They are professional, compassionate, organized, efficient and leave you with a very clean space!! I am so incredibly grateful to have found them!! USA Restoration is a top notch company for clean up needs. I contracted them to help clean a hoarding situation and they have been nothing but courteous, polite, and prompt. They've been able to work around my schedule and make the place livable once more. They did not make anyone feel bad about the situation, they listened to what I had requested in terms of items to look out for, and they got the job done in the quoted time period, and they have gone above and beyond in this job with ensuring the home is livable as soon as they're done. The price is also incredibly reasonable for the job they did. Overall I can't speak higher of these gentlemen! Thank you so much for all you have done for us

This is a great company, they are responsive and really quick, they are detailed and their prices are great. Steve explained the process to me since I was new to my situation, scheduled everything and even went back to do a secondary check. I couldn’t be happier. They care.
