Thank you Rescue Titan’s for amazing help! Colleen and I so appreciate it! Wednesday’s 3/5 rain was awful! The water penetrated though all 4 floors of our row home! Your team came within 2 hours of when the leak started. You found the water source quickly, stopped the leak, removed the wet drywall, brought in industrial fans and dehumidifiers to dry the wood, and treated the wood to prevent mold. Great experience, had a flood in my basement, I called rescue titans as I do a tremendous amount of research before I let a company come into my home. Tashi was extremely helpful and calming in such a time of need assuring me that somebody would be out within the hour. Fast forward NOT EVEN AN HOUR 35 minutes later they sent out Anthony, who had so much knowledge that within 20 minutes of my inspection, I was comfortable with cancelling all other appointments after that. In the meantime an amazing team of 2 specialists showed up, Niko & Mike, turns out my basement vinyl floor needed to come out and I needed the bottom section of my drywall cut out on 3 walls, these guys moved with such efficiency, job done nice neat and contained, was done in less than 4 hours. Will definitely recommend to anybody in need and won’t hesitate to use this company again!
